"Healthy Technology Commitment Pledge"
No. Pledges Taken
Did you know that according the CDC more than half of U.S. teens, ages 12-17 have 4+ hours of non-school screen time daily, and those teens are significantly more likely to show signs of anxiety and depression symptoms?
Setting healthy technology boundaries is crucial to improve mental and physical health, enhance real-world connections, and more.
Join the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington's (BGCGW) Center of Transformation (CoT) and take the Healthy Technology Commitment Pledge to take actions to set healthy technology boundaries for overall improved physical and mental wellness.
We are challenging our CoT members to raise healthy technology awareness in their communities through a friendly competition to see which project team can sign up the most people in their community for this important initiative.
Our goal --> 1000 individuals to take the pledge.
