Tech Boundary Survey

Using technology can be both good and bad. Some youth experience significant technology challenges including social media addition, cyberbullying, sleep disruption, and reduced physical activity. Setting healthy technology boundaries is crucial to improve mental and physical health, enhance real-world connections, and more.

Weekly Activity #2
Healthy Technology Commitment Pledge​
Setting healthy boundaries with technology is important for everyone. This week, CoT members should take the “Healthy Technology Pledge by making a commitment to take actions with personal technology usage.
Also, members should encourage other youth, adults, friends, and family to take the challenge as well. Our goal is to get 1000 individuals in our communities to take the commitment pledge by April 17, 2026.
